The hours are 1pm until 10pm and 3pm until 12am every other weekend.
Our Client Care Representative will provide excellent customer service in a supportive and progressive environment where we value genuine compassionate care, an eagerness to learn, and dependability.
Candidates should be outgoing with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a customer service-related field.
Experience in a veterinary/medical setting preferred but not required.
Duties/skills include but are not limited to:
A genuine love for animals and compassion for their people Effective, friendly communication with clients and fellow team members Ability to master practice management software -- experience with V-Tech platinum a plus Familiarity with medical records Knowledge about clinic protocols and preventative products Schedule management Operation of multi-line telephone system Ability to handle stressful and emotional situations with maturity and grace.
