This is an on-site positionRespond to Internet and telephone customers' inquiries and ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on BDC / Internet salesGenerate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customersHandle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leadsBe available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken mannerAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selectionDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyDeliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly Qualifications/Requirements - BDC Sales Representative:
Previous Sales, Customer Service, Business Development Center experience is a PLUS!Experience handling high call volume preferred - Must be comfortable speaking on the phoneDealership experience is a plus!Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, and using a computer to type customer comments/requestsAbility to hit sales quotas and closing percentagesA positive attitude and professional appearanceValid driver's license and a good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentPlease upload your resume.
