Interim Trainer
The Interim Trainer is assigned to the Learning Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area.
This position will support the Learning Department.
Overall responsibilities will include the following functions:

o Plan, facilitate, and execute logistics for FC courses drawing participants from around the globe.
o Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training-related programs.
o Assure trainees are given accurate and useful information on an ongoing basis, including frequent verbal feedback.
o Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation.
Using feedback, continuously strive for improved training programs and processes.
o Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.
e.
, participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.
).
o Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
o Assess development needs for individuals and groups.
o Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
o Problem solving

react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.
o Balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
o Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
