Your role will encompass troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and facilities to ensure our restaurants operate seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and address maintenance issues in a timely manner, including but not limited to equipment repairs, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the restaurant in optimal condition.
Collaborate with the management team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
Maintain a well-organized inventory of necessary tools and supplies.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized maintenance workspace.
Uphold Subway's commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in restaurant or facility maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of restaurant equipment and systems.
Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
